Valid Commercial Registration Certificate with Commercial Registration Number and Registration Expiration Date
Clearly defined list of commercial activities
Industrial License Certificate with License Number and Expiration Date (For manufacturers)
Clearly defined list of products (For manufacturers)
Additionally, please prepare Council of Engineers Certificate, Manpower Supply License, Security Services License, Environmental License, Legal Services and Auditing Services Licenses, Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and Capital Market Authority (CMA) ONLY IF your Company is registered for relevant Categories in the Commercial Registration Certificate
This portal offers international companies direct access to the on-ground expertise necessary to comply with the local content requirements of the National Renewable Energy Program.
Registered local companies are searchable by company size, region, product, service or technology.

The Renewable Energy Project Development Office (REPDO) is an office within the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources and serves to deliver renewable energy across the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030. The REPDO reports to a committee, chaired by H.E. the Minister that is tasked with overseeing the delivery of the NREP. The committee brings together heads of the various Kingdom stakeholders involved in energy research, measurement, data acquisition, regulation and predevelopment including, King Abdallah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE), Electricity and Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA), Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
